By submitting an artwork, logo, text or photograph for use in a laser engraving to laser and Engrave (Customer or Reader )certify that you have the right to use the artwork, logo or photographs in your files. You agree not to supply Laser and Engrave any items consisting of the following: material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions.

“Laser engraving” is the practice of using lasers to engrave, etch, or mark an object. Using a beam of light as a tool, engraving by laser produces a non-contact mark which results in less wear and tear on tooling and associated costs. There is also less chance for product damage and/or deformation. There are also no consumables and no problems disposing of toxic by-products, as there may be with some methods. This service is for laser marking of an item. A deep etch should not be expected.
